EverHello
A marketplace has two audiences who want opposite things, and a single sign-up form serves neither. This build gives families and prospective companions their own intake journeys, feeds both into an admin surface where a human does the matching by hand, and keeps the public pages honest about what the service is: companionship, not care. Serving families across Canada rather than one city, so the content is written for national rather than local search.

The problem
A marketplace has two audiences who want opposite things. Families are deciding whether to trust the service with a parent; prospective companions are deciding whether it is worth applying to. One sign-up form serves neither, and the trust question has to be answered before either will start.
What we built
Families and companions were given separate intake journeys, both feeding an admin surface where a person does the matching by hand rather than an algorithm pretending to. The public pages were written to keep the claims inside what the service actually does, which for a product adjacent to healthcare is a legal question as much as a copy one.
- Two-sided onboarding with separate family and companion intake
- Admin tooling for the hand-matching process behind the product
- National content and structured data rather than a local-business shape
- Vetting and safety claims written to match what the service actually does
The outcome
A two-sided platform with distinct family and companion onboarding, admin tooling for the hand-matching behind it, and national rather than local-business content and structured data, because the service serves families across Canada rather than one city.

Frequently asked questions
Do you build two-sided marketplaces and booking platforms?
Yes. Separate onboarding per audience, an admin surface for the operator and a matching process behind it is a shape this studio has built more than once, for marketplaces and for scheduling products.
Why is this site not built as a local business?
Because it is not one. It serves families across Canada, so it carries national content and an Organization rather than the LocalBusiness shape and neighbourhood pages a single-location business needs. Choosing the wrong one of those costs visibility in both directions.
